TDC Waterproofing & Restoration has completed this beautiful resort hotel in Austin, Texas! According to their website, they best describe it as a "perfect pairing of modern convenience and traditional comfort in a unique blend of the past and present".
Completed June 2022, TDC performed re-cladding repairs, flashing demolition, removal and reinstallation of exterior doors and windows. Hardie siding demolition and reinstallation of new Hardie panels, including cedar cladding removal/reinstallation and demolition/replacement of exterior sheathing. We are so proud to restore the beautiful exterior of this Texas charmer.
